4、熟悉软件产品开发、系统业务架构的设计流程，直接负责或参与过软件项目的对应架构设计和开发；
5、熟悉Docker、K8S，有基于容器平台进行企业级分布式系统部署和实践经验者优先；
6、掌握分布式系统设计原理，具备大规模分布式系统或微服务系统的开发，调优和设计经验优先；
7、有业务架构和技术架构能力，并能指导团队落地架构、识别系统建设痛点，针对性的制定实施治理方案者优先；
8、具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力、问题解决能力以及责任心，有能力携带小组成员完成项目开发与交维。
