了解数据库设计（MySQL/Oracle等），熟悉Redis、MQ等中间件。
2. 项目管理经验
至少 2年以上Java开发经验，有过带小团队经验优先考虑。
3. 软技能
较强的逻辑分析能力、问题解决能力，能快速定位并处理技术或流程问题。
良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力，能推动项目有序进行。
具备较强的抗压能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境。
4. 具备以下能力优先考虑
熟悉DevOps流程，了解CI/CD工具（如Jenkins、GitLab CI）。
有大型分布式系统或高并发项目经验者优先。
