（一）岗位职责
1.负责集团信息安全架构体系建设，制定信息安全战略规划和总体架构；
2.统筹落实集团网络安全各项合规要求，确保符合等级保护、关基保护等法规标准；
3.负责集团公司办公网的安全管理，建立网络安全防护体系；
4.负责云设施安全管理，制定云平台安全策略和管控措施；
5.负责终端设备安全管理，部署终端安全防护系统，防范终端安全风险；
6.负责数据安全管理，建立数据分类分级保护机制，防范数据泄露风险；
7.负责集团IT基础设施运维管理，包括服务器、网络设备、存储设备的日常运维和监控；
8.建立安全运营与运维一体化体系，开展安全监测、威胁情报分析、应急响应及故障处理；
9.制定运维管理制度和规范，保障业务系统7×24小时稳定运行；
10.组织安全培训和意识教育，提升全员信息安全防护意识和能力。
（二）任职要求
1.工作经验：
5年以上信息安全或IT运维相关工作经验，3年以上大型企业信息安全管理或IT基础设施运维管理经验，具备安全运营中心(SOC)建设经验者优先；有大型央国企或世界500强企业工作经验优先，中共党员优先
2.技能技巧：
（1）熟悉等级保护等网络安全法律法规及行业标准；
（2）具备优秀的安全架构设计和风险管控能力；
（3）精通网络安全、数据安全、应用安全等技术体系；
（4）熟悉服务器、网络、存储等IT基础设施的运维管理；
（5）具备安全监测、威胁分析、应急响应及故障处理能力；
（6）具有良好的跨部门沟通能力，能够组织和协调软件、硬件、网络等各方服务团队保障网络安全法防护体系的有效运行；
（7）有CISP、CISSP、ITIL等证书优先。
（三）其他要求
