（一）岗位职责
1.统筹集团IT治理体系建设，制定并完善IT治理相关制度、标准和规范；
2.负责管理集团IT三库一表"（法律库、制度库、标准库和整改表），确保IT治理合规性；
3.统筹推进集团数字化重点项目和关键事项的PMO支持工作，建立项目管理体系；
4.支持业务负责人掌握重点项目进展，定期输出项目进度报告和风险预警；
5.管理项目沟通协调机制，组织项目例会、评审会及跨部门协调会议；
6.建立项目监控指标体系，跟踪项目里程碑达成情况，及时发现并推动解决项目问题；
7.协助完善集团数字化建设相关的流程规范，提升项目管理成熟度；
8.指导下属企业开展IT治理和项目管理工作。
（二）任职要求
1.工作经验：
具备3-5年IT治理、PMO、项目管理、业务运营或项目支持相关经验；有大型央国企或世界500强企业工作经验优先。
2.专业技能：
（1）熟练使用项目管理工具（如Jira、MS Project、Trello、Asana等）；
（2）熟悉甲方IT项目生命周期（如可研、立项、项目采购、实施等），掌握IT治理、和IT采购相关合规要求，能识别相关风险和应对；
（3）出色的沟通与领导力，能推动跨团队协作；
（4）结构化思维，擅长解决复杂问题；
（5）结果导向，能在高压环境下管理多任务；
（6）有PMP/PRINCE2/敏捷认证（如Scrum Master）者优先。
（三）其他要求
1.年龄40周岁及以下；
2.无违反廉洁从业规定等违纪违法行为；
