RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Understengineer’s test request fcontactor(package, pad size, current, voltage, kelvin, other special request), discuss with engineer, vendhandler group to decide suitable solution fnew project;
理解工程师测试需求（封装，测试尺寸，电流，电压，开尔文以及其它特殊测试需求），与工程，供应商及设备小组共同确定合适的新项目测试座解决方案；
2.Manage contactrelated document according to actual test status;
管理所有测试座相关文件并根据实际测试情况进行更新；
3.Finish contactrelated experiment including analyzing performance, making plan, tracking data, result presentation, track improvement actions experiment summary&archive&share;
完成测试座相关实验：现象分析，制定计划，跟踪数据，结果分析，改进措施，实验总结&存档&分享；
4.Continuously track improve production pin lifetime to cost down;
持续跟踪并改进测试座相关生产耗材的寿命并降低成本；
5.Continuously develop CI Project to improve socket performance including new vendqualification, new contactmaterial search, new design method qualification so on;
持续进行测试座相关的改进项目以提高测试座寿命：验证新供应商，寻找测试座新材质，验证新的测试座设计方法等；
6.Support TK contactrelated issue including forecast analysis, contactconsign, data tracking, trouble shooting so on;
支持代工厂测试座相关事务：产量分析，测试座委托，数据记录，问题解决等；
7.Be responsible fcontactrelated training fnew comer other department;
负责所有测试座相关培训：新人培训及其他部门技能培训；
8.Raise efficiency fcontactrelated work;
提高测试座相关工作效率；
9.Manage all on site contactvendengineer;
管理所有测试座供应商现场支持工程师；

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s degree above with 6+ years related experience.
本科及以上学历，6年+工作经验。
2.Be familiar with production test procedure.
熟悉产线测试流程。
3.Skillful Data analysis capability Engineering management experience.
熟练的数据分析能力及工程管理经验.
4.Good communication skills team leader problem solving skills.
具备良好的沟通能力及团队*的问题解决能力。
5.Good English in writing/reading computer skills.
良好的英语写作/阅读能力及计算机技能。
