This position is set to define MPS brnew complicated product, lead & manage AE team, support global customers etc.
此职位设置的目的是定义MPS全新产品，管理应用工程师及辅助工程师，支持全球客户等。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New product define, especially fbrnew complicated products. 新产品定义，尤其是全新的产品和复杂的产品，集中在无线充电发射端芯片硬件IC方向。
2. Assign direct Application Engineer AE assistant to complete general task. 对应用工程师和应用工程师助理分配任务并指导他们完成任务。
3. Support customers to successful mass production; help customer to debug FA. 支持客户顺利完成设计、Qi相关认证和量产；当客户遇到失效分析时，提供支持和调试；协助解决问题。尤其是无线充电发射端相关的产品应用。
4. Familiar with MCU can cooperate with MCU Firmware colleagues. 熟悉MCU相关知识，并能够测试和验证固件功能; 可以找出固件的bug并提供fix solution。
5. Manage train team staff. 管理以及培训团队成员。
6. Perform other jobs assigned by manager. 完成领导交办的其他任务。

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master degree majin science in electrical engineering equivalent. 电气工程或相关专业硕士学位。
2. 5+ years of experience in new product define power management IC. 5年以上新产品定义和电源管理IC经验。
3. Customer-oriented. 以客户为导向。
4. Good communication cooperation ability with other department. 与其他部门良好的沟通与合作能力。
5. Leadership skills. 良好的领导技能。
