1.产品开发管理：
a.管理产品开发、定价、销售的全过程，监管产品开发过程情况，处理产品问题，保证产品顺利量产;
b.管理产品成本，改进产品或降低成本，以提升产品价值。
2.项目管理:
a.主导制定项目整体计划，组建项目团队，制定项目团队工作方式、工作计划、设定项目目标，组织获得完成项目所需的各种内/外部资源和支持；
b.管理监督项目每一个细节的落实执行，并参与部分重要细节的具体工作；
c.与团队成员的相应职能部门紧密互动，协调处理解决项目推进过程中的所有问题；
d.能掌控并管理好整个项目的进度。
3.产品规划:
a.收集竞争对手动态和roadmap，并进行系统分析;
b.分析重点供应商的产品和技术趋势，为产品规划和开发提供建议；
c.针对同类产品&新产品进行Decap，进行技术储备。
4.负责与相关部门（销售、制造、研发等）进行联络和协调。
职位要求
1.本科或以上学历；项目管理／英语／机电一体化专业，较强的英语听说写能力，可以英文邮件往来；
2.1-2年以上的非标自动化行业PM工作经验，有耐心工作认真细致并且学习能力强的应届生也可以考虑；
3.具备丰富的产品创新能力，具有敏锐的市场触觉，可以有前瞻性的提出和公司匹配的有发展潜力的产品项目；
4.具开发团队管理经验者优先选用；
5.团队意识强，个性随和，容易相处并具备良好及有效的跨部门沟通及决断能力，具客户沟通经验者更佳，能适应长期出差者优先考虑。
