Founded in 1960, Lifeng Yagao Printing Group has been committed to the development of the printing business, providing customers with diversified services such as design, plate-making, printing, and packaging. After more than fifty years of efforts, the Group's business has continued to expand. In 1991, it was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In 1992, it entered the domestic market and established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Lifeng Yagao Printing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., forming a diversified service system covering design, plate-making, printing, packaging materials, and handmade books. In 1993, the Group formed a joint venture with Beijing Offset Printing No. 2 Factory, which has a history of more than sixty years, to establish Beijing Lifeng Yagao Changcheng Printing Co., Ltd., creating another production center for books and magazines. In 1995, the larger-scale Dongguan company began operations, with 100,000 square meters of modern factory buildings and complete living facilities, establishing a large-scale production base focusing on exported hardcover books, paperback books, and handmade books. In 2003, the renowned Singapore National Printing Group took over Lifeng Yagao. In 2004, the Group successfully acquired Yicai United Co., Ltd., which had a production base in Panyu. In 2005, Youyu Paper Products Co., Ltd. also joined the Lifeng family. In 2006, Shanghai Lifeng Yagao Printing Co., Ltd., jointly established with Shanghai World Expo Group, opened for business. In 2008, it was acquired by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd., a world printing giant. Over the past half century, through a series of capital operations, the Group has expanded rapidly and transformed into a large group with multiple wholly-owned and joint-venture subsidiaries, with business scope extending from Guangdong to the mainland and radiating to more than 30 countries and regions around the world, employing over ten thousand people, with annual sales of nearly HKD 3 billion. Currently, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Beijing, Panyu, Songgang, and Shanghai have become the Group's large-scale production bases, with business involving printing, binding, and packaging of hardcover books, magazines, and pop-up books, as well as color separation, plate-making, publishing, and carton production.
