岗位职责：
1、维护质量体系：负责建立、实施与维护公司质量管理体系（ISO 22000, HACCP等），确保其有效运行并通过内外部审核。
2、监控生产过程：监督生产全过程符合工艺规程，管理关键控制点，负责产品放行审核。
3、管理供应商物料：建立供应商管理体系，确保原料、辅料及包装材料的采购与检验符合质量标准。
4、处理质量事件：主导不合格品、偏差（OOS）等质量事件的调查、处理与根本原因分析，并落实纠正预防措施（CAPA）。
5、组织验证工作：协调生产工艺、清洁方法、检验方法及关键设备的验证/确认工作。
6、领导团队与沟通：管理QA团队，负责人员培训与考核，并处理客户质量投诉与不良反应报告。
任职资格：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，食品科学、药学、生物工程、化学等相关专业。
2、工作经验： 5年以上保健食品或药品行业QA工作经验，其中至少2年以上QA管理岗位经验。具备保健食品GMP认证经验者优先。
3、精通中国《食品安全法》、保健食品GMP及相关法律法规。
4、熟练掌握质量管理工具和方法（如CAPA, 偏差处理, 风险评估, FMEA, 根源分析等）。
5、资质证书：持有内审员资格证书（ISO 9001/ HACCP/ GMP）者优先。
