工作职责：
1.熟练掌握QC实验室设备操作流程，定期对实验室现场设备进行巡查，发现问题及时处理，提出改善方案并推动实施，保证实验室设备符合合规性要求。
2.按照数据完整性相关要求，确认QC实验室相关设备的权限管理、电子数据、审计追踪等，保证数据的真实性和完整性。
3.负责QC实验室设备调研，与设备厂家进行技术交流，完成设备URS编写工作；
4.负责QC实验室设备固定资产管理、做好设备开箱验收、调拨、盘点和报废及建立、整理和更新设备档案、设备日常计量检定等工作。
5.全面负责QC实验室设备(GC、HPLC、UV、IR、溶出仪等)维护维修工作，负责设备安装、3Q认证、运行、调试，制定和完善设备维护保养SOP；负责签订维保协议，同时按照要求，协调设备供应商或厂家上门服务。
6.完成委托送检样品供应商遴选、送检、联络、报告获得等业务。
7.与EHS密切合作，确保各项工作合规、合章、安全进行。
8.服从并及时完成上级主管交办的其他工作及临时性工作。
任职要求：
1.全日制大专及以上学历，药学/机械/电气/自动化相关专业教育背景
2.熟悉生物制药GMP法规、政策和质量管理体系相关知识
3.具有制药行业2年以上工作经验，熟悉实验室设备管理流程。
4.具备良好的团队协作能力、跨部门沟通协调能力
5.具备正直、诚实、守信、主动积极的工作态度
6.具备良好的工作计划和跟踪、反馈、总结、分析、创新能力
7.抗压能力强，具备应急问题处理能力、良好的设备及系统故障判断、分析与处理能力
8.具备良好的设备维护、安全、质量意识
