【岗位职责】
1. 负责PCBA产品从原理图设计、方案评估到生产导入的全流程研发工作，确保各项技术指标与客户需求精准达成；
2. 主导元器件选型与BOM表编制，优化电路拓扑结构，综合提升产品可靠性、可制造性及成本竞争力；
3. 根据客户功能需求，完成嵌入式软件（C/C++）编写、调试及系统联调验证；
4. 主导样机测试全过程，跟踪确认测试结果，完成技术文档（规格书、测试报告、作业指导书）归档；
5. 负责试产及量产阶段的硬件故障分析与解决，完成EMC整改、老化测试及量产工艺验证，协助生产部门推动制程优化；
6. 持续跟踪行业新技术动态，推动核心模块（如BLDC驱动、OTA、PID算法等）的技术迭代与性能升级；
7. 完成上级交办的其他研发相关任务。

【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、通信等相关专业（经验丰富者可适当放宽）；
2. 3年以上PCBA控制器行业研发经验，有家电控制领域背景者优先；
3. 扎实的模电/数电基础，精通电子电路原理及常用元器件特性，熟练掌握C/C++编程语言；
4. 具备8位及32位单片机（如STM32、Renesas、NXP等）实际项目开发经验；
5. 熟练使用Altium Designer等EDA工具，熟悉PCB Layout设计规范及生产工艺流程；
6. 熟悉EMC测试标准，具备独立整改经验者优先；
7. 具备BLDC电机驱动、OTA升级、PID算法等开发经验者优先；
8. 具备良好的跨部门沟通与问题分析能力，拥有项目统筹意识及全流程推进经验。

【薪资范围】12K–20K/月（依据能力与经验定薪）
