二、岗位职责
1. 供应商开发与管理：开发合格供应商、供应商关系维护；
2. 采购流程的执行：新项目物料前期询价，比价，议价，定价；合同的签定与执行，确保物料按时按质送达；
3. 成本控制与优化：成本分析与降价推动、替代物料开发、库存成本优化；
4. 供应链的风险管控：供应链稳定性保障、质量风险控制、物流与交付风险应对；
5. 跨部门协作：研发阶段的协作、生产与库存的协作、技术信息的同步；
6. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
三、任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，在电子行业有2年以上开发采购经验；
2. 熟悉国内外主被动元器件的产品和国内外品牌，有寻找替代品牌的资源和能力，优化供应渠道的能力；
3. 良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
4. 思维敏捷，有较好的突发情况应对能力，具有较强的团队合作精神；
5. 为人正直，积极主动，责任心强，抗压能力强；
6. 有工厂终端生产型企业以及逆变物料采购工作经验优先。

1. 公司实行大小周，8小时工作制（8：30-12：00，13：30-18：00），节假日按国家统一标准放假；
