沈阳急救中心在市内五区设立六个所属急救站和一个现代化的120指挥中心，配备了监护型急救车100余台，365天实行24小时急救医疗服务，现有职工总数821人。近十年，每天平均抢救患者近350余人次，年抢救急、危、重症病人13万余人次，参加全市各项大型活动现场急救医疗监护任务及各类突发事故的现场救援200余次，总体规模、综合实力及业务量在国内同行业中排在前三位，居省会市和东北地区首位。
