Beijing Danhua Haobo Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (DHHB), a high-tech enterprise established in 2003, is dedicated to research and product development in power system automation technologies, including non-effectively grounded (low-current) systems and substation protection. It provides customers with solutions for precise fault location, fault diagnosis and processing in power transformation and distribution processes.
DHHB's main founders are North China Electric Power University and key employees. Professor Yang Yihan, one of DHHB's founders, is the founder of the power system automation discipline in China's electrical engineering field and a scientific research leader in low-current grounding line selection devices. With years of scientific research habits, Professor Yang requires DHHB staff to focus on technological R&D and apply it to product quality. R&D first requires hardware equipment and talent allocation. DHHB has configured a domestic 1:1 high-voltage physical simulation laboratory and was the first to propose the concept of 100% line selection accuracy, which has been realized in product applications. In 2013, the company focused on the distribution network automation market, introduced doctoral and master's talents from the industry, and successively launched fault indicator product series and distribution network terminal equipment. In 2014, in coordination with the State Grid Corporation's "12th Five-Year Plan" distribution network plan, it launched the "Dynamic Simulation Test System" (Prototype Test System, PRS) to provide typical technical support for intelligent operation and inspection. It has obtained 13 invention patents and 23 utility model patents, and has repeatedly won provincial and ministerial awards and other honors and qualifications.
DHHB products are used in fields such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, mining, light industry, and electrified railways, and the pace of new product R&D has never stopped:
- In 2014, DHHB presided over and promoted the revision of the power industry standard DL/T872;
- In 2015, it completed line selection product testing at State Grid Shandong Electric Power Research Institute. The product operated continuously for 7 days of severe testing without crashing, demonstrating reliability and accuracy*;
- In 2016, in accordance with State Grid Corporation's deployment for improving distribution automation construction and application, DHHB designed and developed a new domestic distribution network automation equipment testing platform;
- In 2016, it completed laboratory and on-site substation testing of line selection products at State Grid Henan Electric Power Research Institute, achieving a line selection accuracy rate of 100% in arc suppression coil grounding systems.
- In 2017, the "Distribution System Physical Simulation Platform" was applied at State Grid's core electric power research institute.
- In 2019, the "Overall Solution for Single-Phase Grounding Fault Processing"" was widely promoted in State Grid, ranking among the top in detection accuracy in multiple provinces.
- In 2020, the "seventh generation" KA2003-DH series low-current grounding line selection device was successfully developed.
