江苏天保光伏能源有限公司是一家中荷合资企业，是集科研、制造为一体的专业太阳能光伏产品生产基地。公司成立于2005年12月1日，总占地90亩。2006年3月20日，生产厂房开始土建动工，生产设备主要从德国、日本、美国进口，2006年7月15日年产25MW太阳能电池生产线正式开工投产。生产出的*块电池片转换率就高达13.26％，到目前为止，公司生产的太阳能电池片效率*高17.32％，这在同行业中堪称佼佼者，达到了国际先进水平。
