3、建立baseline yield影响TOP defect case list，针对list中case和PIE、module合作优化解决,提升产品整体良率
4、负责推动前沿工艺/设备开发/制造能力达到要求，提高先进制程的良率，以减少缺陷
5、有评估工厂工程变更的风险能力
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景，1-3年FAB工作经验（YE或Mmodule）
2、有质量管理，质量体系管理的经验，熟练掌握及运用质量工具8D、SPC、FMEA 等
3、熟悉半导体制程、产品量测和测试
4、熟练掌握统计学专业知识，有SPC，6Sigma等相关经验
5、良好的口头和书面表达能力，工作认真细致，具备敬业、务实及团队合作精神
