南京科信仪器仪表制造有限公司的前身南京冰城冷库设备厂建厂于1990年，公司现在有两大系列产品：一是商业、医药用装配式冷库，二是公路建筑工程实验仪器、养护室用恒温恒湿设备。
其中恒温恒湿机获国家专利（专利号：zl:03220676.3 zl2007 2 0036465.8）产品广泛应用于水泥混凝土企业养护室、各建筑、公路工程质量检测中心、各大专院校中心实验室。目前已形成hws-sw系列及水养护槽等五大系列十余个品种。产品销往全国各地。工厂有一支开发新产品的科技队伍和一支售后服务的队伍。针对产品质量，有一套完善质量检测体系（体系完全满足gb/t50081-2002的技术要求），并通过iso9001：2000质量管理体系认证。
