Shenzhen Penavico International Freight Co., Ltd., founded in May 1993, is a Class-A freight forwarder approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the PRC, and is one of the earliest enterprises in Shenzhen to obtain the qualification for international freight forwarding business from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Approval No.: MOFTEC 19042) and the NVOCC qualification from the Ministry of Communications (No.: 0343). Its business scope includes: agency services for import and export cargo transportation (container sea freight, bulk sea freight, and air freight), domestic logistics transportation, customs declaration, warehousing, ship chartering, and sea-land-air multimodal transport, etc.
Our company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shenzhen Ocean Shipping Agency Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Shenzhen Penavico), which is invested by six shareholders: China Merchants Group (Hong Kong), China Ocean Shipping Agency Headquarters, Nanshan Development Company, Nanyou Group, Yantian Port Group, and Shenzhen Shipping Corporation.
