On September 8, 1989, the predecessor of Heal Force Biomedical Technology Holdings Group, Heal Force Development Co., Ltd., was established in Hong Kong, with the group's headquarters located in Lippo Centre, Queensway, Hong Kong. After over 20 years of continuous development, bold innovation, and decisive transformation, the group has evolved from initially acting as an agent for internationally renowned medical devices and laboratory instruments to achieving a qualitative leap from trade-based beginnings to industry-supported and diversified development. Today, Heal Force Group integrates the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services of advanced medical instruments, life science instruments, home rehabilitation devices, and hospital informatization software. Relying on 8 production and R&D bases strategically located nationwide, it has become a major force in the domestic biomedical device manufacturing industry, with its proprietary brand "Heal Force" enjoying high recognition in the industry. Lixin Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., as the group's comprehensive business platform, has established offices and after-sales service points in over 30 cities nationwide, forming a market promotion and service network covering nearly all of China. In the global market, "Heal Force" products are sold to more than 120 countries and regions due to their excellent cost-effectiveness.

The group has laid a solid foundation for sustainable development through accurate strategic direction, precise market positioning, and a sound management model. In 2005, the management of Heal Force Group formulated a long-term development strategy for comprehensive transformation, taking five years to shift from a trade-based model with industry as a supplement to a new model with industry as the mainstay and self-owned brand operation. That year, the group invested in building a modern industrial manufacturing base in Shanghai, covering an area of 62,000 square meters, which marked the beginning of the group's transformation.
