辽宁北方化妆品有限公司成立于1994年，是宝洁公司授权并指定的沈阳市及周边区域（本溪市、铁岭市）的***独家代理商，全权负责“P&G”注册商标系列产品在本区域的分销、覆盖及渠道建设事务。主要销售飘柔、沙宣、潘婷、海飞丝、玉兰油、舒肤佳、佳洁士、护舒宝、帮宝适、碧浪、汰渍、吉列等系列产品。北方化妆品同时也是强生公司在沈阳区域的经销商，主要销售婴儿系列、可伶可俐系列、邦迪系列、OB卫生棉条系列等。
