岗位职责：
1、对提取车间（包括前处理、提取、浓缩、干燥等工序）进行全过程、动态的质量巡查与监督，确保生产活动严格遵循GMP（药品生产质量管理规范）、保健食品良好生产规范（保健品GMP）、公司内部质量标准（SOP）及相关法规要求。
2、监控关键工艺参数、环境卫生（洁净区）、人员操作规范、设备状态及标识、物料流转与平衡，及时发现并纠正潜在的质量风险。
3、负责生产现场各类质量记录的及时性、准确性、完整性审核。
4、负责提取物生产批次的现场放行审核，确保每批中间产品/提取物符合内控标准。
5、监督关键物料（原料、溶剂等）的投料复核，确保处方与工艺规程的准确执行。
6、执行或监督必要的现场抽样与快速检验。
7、参与调查生产过程中的各类偏差、异常情况、OOS/OOT（超标/超趋势）结果。
8、协助进行根本原因分析，监督纠正与预防措施（CAPA）在现场的有效落实，防止问题复发。
9、参与车间相关设备、工艺、清洁方法等变更的评估与实施监督。
10、监督清洁消毒操作规程的执行，参与清洁验证的现场活动。
三、任职资格
1.年龄25-40岁，性别不限。
2、本科及以上学历，药学、中药学、制药工程、食品科学、生物工程、化学等相关专业。
3、至少2年以上保健品、药品或食品行业生产现场QA或工艺员工作经验，有中药提取或植物提取车间经验者优先。
4、熟悉保健食品GMP或药品GMP，并具备扎实的实践经验。
5、熟悉提取工艺（如煎煮、回流、渗漉、萃取、浓缩、干燥等）基本原理与关键控制点。
6、了解常用提取设备（多功能提取罐、浓缩器、干燥设备等）的工作原理及清洁要求。
