Following the successive approvals of the domestic* biosimilar Hanlikan® (rituximab), the China-developed and China-EU dual-approved monoclonal antibody Hanquyou® (trastuzumab; European trade name: Zercepac®, Australian trade names: Tuzucip® and Trastucip®), Handayuan® (adalimumab), and Hanbeita® (bevacizumab), the innovative product Hansizhuang® (serplulimab) has been approved to treat microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) solid tumors, squamous non-small cell lung cancer, and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, becoming the world's first anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody approved as first-line treatment for small cell lung cancer. Its marketing application for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is also under review. Furthermore, the company is concurrently conducting over 30 clinical trials across 16 products globally.
