Introduction to the 514 Institute: Beijing Orient Metrology and Testing Research Institute (514 Institute of the Fifth Research Academy, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation), established in 1985, is the primary electrical metrology station for science, technology, and industry, responsible for the transmission of electrical quantity values nationwide. It is the National Metrology and Testing Center for Spacecraft Industry, the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Satellite Application Products, and the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Electrostatic Protection Products. As a multidisciplinary, comprehensive, and high-tech research institute, it has formed an industrial pattern with multiple businesses advancing in parallel, including metrology and calibration, product testing, and product development, providing professional and precise metrological testing technology and product services for major national projects, national economic development, and improvement of people's living standards. Introduction to the Product Division: The Product Division is the responsible body for the institute's product business, handling frontier and key technology research, product development and production, market promotion and development, sales and services, and is a professional supplier of spacecraft testing products, testing products, and general metrology products domestically. The R&D team is at a leading level in fields such as weak signal measurement and precise electrical signal generation, and has achieved multiple honors including the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress and Science and Technology Progress Awards. The Product Division adheres to the philosophy that "talents are the primary resource," with team building as the core, and has repeatedly been awarded the titles of Advanced Collective and Advanced Individual at the institute and academy levels. Through years of accumulation and development, the team has gradually become a comprehensive R&D team integrating the development of aerospace model testing equipment, testing product series, general metrology testing products, and intelligent industrial control equipment.
