Accountabilities responsibilities
•Act as primary point of contact flocal staff across all functions on HR-related issues
•Work with HR leadership (Head of Regions Head of CoEs) local management to ensure effective communication, implementation and/administration of HR programs policies at site (e.g. performance management, benefits programs, talent development)
•Has the role of “employer” fthe site Employees, indeed having Company delegation associated legal responsibility in managing internal/external stakeholders
•Partner with plant, site office managers to identify address HR-related issues, to develop implement concrete solutions at local level
•Monitemployee climate at site to identify issues/trends develop recommendations fproblem solving as appropriate
•Ensure compliance with local national lablaws with collective/local agreements, working with legal counsel as needed
•Maintain positive labrelations by cultivating the sites relationship, understanding managing compliance with established internal HR policies, procedures regulatory requirements
•Ensure that the people strategy defined by Group HR is executed at a specific site, plant office on a day-to-day basis through the support of Loal HRBPs
•Coordinate keep an overview of all local CoEs to ensure consistency alignment of HR practices across theganization
•Coordinate talent review process flocal HR population ensure their professional development
•Oversee creating/maintenance of HR dashboard fthe site, in line with Central Regional ones, to review KPIs to be reported to Site Manager Top Executives
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•15+ years HR experience (depending on site size), with exposure to best practices in HR
•Experience as HR Manager/HR Business Partner, preferably in a global technology company
•Experience in managing a team working alongside multiple departments
•Significant experience in the operational implementation of HR processes
•Experience in working with Key business leaders stakeholders (incl managing relationships effectively ensuring stakeholder buy in finitiatives processes)
•Experience as HR Manager/HR Business Partner flarge high-tech manufacturing
