Shenzhen STS Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (STS), founded in 1994, is one of China's large-scale integrated circuit packaging and testing plants. It is jointly established by Shenzhen SEG High-Tech Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SG High-Tech", under Shenzhen SEG Group, holding 40% shares) and STMicroelectronics (a famous large multinational company ranking top ten in the global semiconductor industry, holding 60% shares). The company specializes in back-end processes such as packaging and testing of integrated circuit chips, as well as R&D of back-end technologies, covering products including power transistors, advanced SiC power modules, application-specific integrated circuits, memories, microcontrollers, standard linear devices, VIPower devices, wafer-level packaging, and optical modules. Shenzhen STS is a large-scale back-end packaging and testing plant in China, with approximately 3,500 employees. Besides manufacturing, we also have an advanced laboratory supporting new package development, failure analysis, and research.
