职位概述
作为产品质量与客户支持团队的核心*，您将负责管理深圳本地MCU、数字及射频产品的客户质量事件团队。您将深入技术一线，领导失效分析（FA）与8D问题解决流程，并作为技术专家直接面向客户，确保我们的产品品质满足严苛的汽车行业标准与客户期望。
主要职责
团队管理与赋能：领导本地客户质量事件团队，包括失效分析工程师团队，负责人员发展、技能培训及实验室环境搭建。
技术领导与问题解决：主导复杂质量问题的根本原因分析（RCA），运用8D方法论，协调跨部门资源（研发、工厂、供应链）推动问题闭环，并对解决方案的有效性负责。
客户关系管理：作为技术接口，直接面对客户处理紧急质量事件，提供专业的技术沟通与解决方案，提升客户满意度。
质量体系持续改进：推动并参与质量改进项目，包括失效分析解决方案优化、质量流程标准化及质量文化推广，为产品竞争力保驾护航。
基本要求：
电子工程、微电子或相关专业硕士及以上学历。
10年以上半导体行业（微控制器MCU优先）质量、可靠性或失效分析相关工作经验，其中包含2-5年团队管理经验。
精通8D、FMEA、SPC等质量工具，具备丰富的失效分析实战经验。
具备卓越的跨部门协调与领导能力，能够在不具备直接汇报关系的情况下推动跨职能团队（研发、工厂、市场）高效合作。
结果导向，具备强烈的客户服务意识、紧迫感及主动解决问题的意愿。
英语流利，可作为工作语言。
