任职资格：

3年以上Java开发经验；

2、Java基础扎实、理解JVM原理、有多线程开发经验优先考虑；

3、Spring套件基础扎实、会灵活运用，特别是熟悉Spring Boot 及相关框架，有JSP项目、工作流开发经验的优先考虑；

4、熟悉关系型数据库MySQL或 Oracle，有相应数据库调优、SQL优化经验的优先考虑；

5、熟悉Memcached、MongoDB、Redis中的至少一种nosql技术

6、思维敏捷，拥有优秀的问题分析和处理能力 7、参与软件质量审查，提升开发质量和效率；
