Shenzhen Longtu Software Co., Ltd. was established in May 2003, with its headquarters in Beijing and an R&D center in Shenzhen. It is a high-tech enterprise that independently develops software products and is the designated developer of the Golden Finance Project Application Support Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Application Support Platform") by the Ministry of Finance. In January 2005, it obtained ISO9001 international quality system certification. In October 2009, it was awarded the title of National High-tech Enterprise. In December 2009, it passed CMMI Level 3 certification.



Longtu Software focuses on the informatization construction of the fiscal industry. It directly participated in the formulation of data specifications, business specifications, and technical specifications for the Ministry of Finance's Golden Finance Project. It has long-term cooperation with business experts and technical experts within the fiscal system, jointly researching advanced domestic and international concepts of fiscal informatization construction. It has accumulated a wealth of fiscal business knowledge and experience and has formed a professional development and service team of several hundred people who are both skilled in informatization construction and proficient in fiscal business. Longtu Software has invested substantial manpower and material resources in research on the Platform and its applications, accumulating rich experience in building fiscal business systems based on the Platform.
