长丰县庐剧团成立于1978年，2010年12月由事业单位改成国有企业，是长丰县*的国有专业文艺院团，隶属于长丰县文化和旅游局。内设：艺术指导委员会、演员队、舞台队、企划营销部、办公室、财务室六个部门和一个文艺创作顾问组，现有在岗演职员56人。主要从事精品文艺创作、戏曲和综艺表演、*非遗剧种（庐剧）的传承与推广、辅导培训民间艺人和扶持民间文化发展等系列文化产业工作。
