工作职责：
1、根据客户需求编制和调整生产计划，确认客户长期需求的产能，并确保客户100%交货。
2、负责所管理项目的库存天数达标，以及呆滞库存物料的处理，确保低于目标值。
3、根据实际出货情况，每月进行对账，并及时处理异常情况。
4、协调生产过程中出现的异常，负责生产计划的编排、跟踪，确保工单按时完成。
5、在新项目的PV（Process Validation）阶段介入，及时与CFT（Cross-Functional Team）沟通供应商交货表现，确保新项目可以顺利量产。
6、与公司内其他部门协作，积极主动地完成各项协助事宜。
