Responsible fthe MML sub-factories digital projects management, guaranteeing the successful completion of the projects. e.g., MES/WMS/PLM/ERP/AGV/ASRS/IOT/ etc.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述
• Responsible fthe planning, integration, implementation of overseas WMS, MES, SCM software projects, coordinating communication between the development team clients. Lead the team to gain comprehensive project management experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, with high quality.
• maintain project plans, lead system architecture design development, promote the integration optimization of front-end back-end technologies, manage resources in various fields at the company site levels.
• Regularly report project progress to clients, provide technical support solutions, control project processes, plan ahead, monitduring execution, conduct post-project analysis. Break down execute project tasks to ensure progress improve project completion rates.
• Responsible fcommunicating user requirements evaluating improvements fsystem implementation operational issues. Write development requirement documents, revise system development documents, prepare training materials, execute user training.
• Lead the team in performing unit integration testing fsystem function modules, ensuring that the system meets client requirements is scalable, enabling smooth go-live implementation.
• Lead system architecture design development, write high-quality code perform code reviews, optimize project performance reliability. Promote the integration optimization of front-end back-end technologies, develop support Android PDA-end apps.
• Manage the selection of development tools technology stacks, including but not limited to VS2022, VSCode, Java, C#, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.
• Experience gained from logistics software projects will help provide more accurate system solutions. Actively follow up on the requirements of clients in the electromechanical integration department, effectively facilitating resolving conflicts issues within projects. Provide guidance to team members fproductive efficient work.

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求
Bachelors degree above, majin Software Engineering, Computer, Automation related.
Over 5 years of experience in MES/WMS/SAP implementation management in the manufacturing industry, familiar with manufacturing operations processes, at least 5 years of software development experience, over 2 years of experience in project management fautomotive parts, especially in the implementation of SAP, WMS, MES foverseas projects is preferred.
Proficient in C#, Vue, Java, other development languages, platforms, algorithms, data structures. Familiar with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, other database development, Webservice, Web API, TCP communication interface technologies.
Familiar with front-end back-end technology stacks, including Vue React, CSS3, HTML5, back-end frameworks such as .NET, Entity Framework, Spring Boot.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of collaborating with teams from different countries.
Excellent commof English Mandarin.
