It is the first non-listed joint-stock enterprise in Jiangxi Province and the first professional 'Double-A Qualification' enterprise simultaneously holding Grade I Professional Contracting for Urban and Road Lighting and Grade A Special Lighting Design. It is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise, a AAA credit construction demonstration unit, and a Jiangxi Province contract-honoring and credit-worthy unit. It was jointly established by a group of senior industry technical personnel together with powerful investors such as Beijing Chuangying Technology Industry Group and Leli Lighting Industry Fund, as a technology- and platform-oriented industry chain group. It mainly engages in two core businesses: smart street lights for urban roads and integrated upgrade system solutions for nightscape lighting. The company has passed ISO9000, ISO14001, GB/T28001, CCC, CE, ROHS and other domestic and international product and system certifications. It has become a drafting unit for the National Museum lighting standards under the '11th Five-Year Plan', a lighting cooperation unit for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, a drafting unit for the 2016 Beijing urban lighting facility maintenance standards, and a strategic cooperation unit for the 2017 Summer 'Davos' urban lighting upgrade.
