广西左江美亚水电有限公司是由美亚左江水电有限公司与崇左市汇源水电公司于1998年10月8日在广西崇左成立的一家中外合作企业,中外双方各占60%和40%的股份，合作期限23年。公司投资建设、拥有和经营左江美亚水电厂。
左江美亚水电厂位于珠江流域左江上游。坝址距崇左市区18Km，距离南宁市170Km，距我国边境城市凭祥市73Km。是一座以发电为主，兼有灌溉、航运、养殖、旅游等综合利用效益的水利枢纽工程。工程由河床式发电厂、溢流闸坝、砼重力坝、左右岸接头土坝、通航建筑物、110KV开关站和输电线路构成。坝址控制集雨面积26173Km2，总库容7.16×108m3，正常水位108m，死水位106.5m，调节库容0.485×108m3。
发电厂由3台轴流转浆式水轮发电机组组成，单机容量24MW，总装机容量72MW。设计水头13.0m，水轮机*大过水流量219 m3/s。年设计发电量314000MW•h,保证出力12.6MW。
