龙岩嘉丰米业有限公司创办于1999年10月。公司位于龙岩市东宝山工业集中区16号厂房，占地11.6亩，建筑面积2万平方米，有效仓容6000多吨。公司实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制，下设办公室、财务部、生产部、销售部、营业部、仓储部和运输部等部门，现有职工60余人。公司于2005年建立了“中共福建省龙岩嘉丰米业有限公司支部委员会”，现有党员7人，其中预备党员2人；同时还成立了公司工会，吸收全体员工成为工会会员。目前企业注册资金3000万元，固定资产1500多万元，日产大米150多吨，年产值1亿多元；并承担着省级3000吨稻谷动态储备、市级300吨大米应急储备任务，系省、市、区政府粮食应急供应定点加工企业。
