It holds a national first-class development qualification and has been awarded AAA credit rating by China Construction Bank and Agricultural Bank of China respectively. The company is a comprehensive group primarily engaged in real estate development, integrating construction engineering, property management, decoration, marketing planning, technology development, and cultural education, with real estate development subsidiaries in Chengdu, Sichuan and Guang'an. The group company has 486 middle and senior talents and management personnel (including over 300 from Binxin College, professors, and lecturers).
