92年9月8日*次筹备会议，由佛光社区学苑总指导觉元法师，召集佛光山台南禅净中心、佛光山永康禅净中心、佛光山台南福国寺法师群及社会各阶层精英人士于台南讲堂共同参与策划社区学苑的愿景。 历经叁个月课程企划方向与目的研讨，于92年12月中旬完成终生学习系列课程；妇幼成长营、亲子成长营、青少年成长营、长青成长营。藉由寺院学校化、寺院社区化的学习课程，走入家庭、走入社区、走入社会，引导各阶层人士从学习过程中，提昇心灵层次，净化人心。
