义乌市自来水有限公司前身是义乌市自来水厂，始建于1963年。1995年通过改制，成立了全省首家供水行业股份制企业。公司供水规模达到35万吨/日，双水厂、双水源夯实了义乌的供水基础，确保了城市安全供水。目前公司的产销差率、水质合格率、供水销售量等诸多经济技术指标已跃居金华地区*。自来水水质五大指标综合合格率达到100%，市疾控中心“三定水”检测合格率100%，其他指标合格率均在99%以上。
