岗位职责：
1.负责股权投资管理，负责股权投资计划的编制、审核、上报、调整、实施和监督考核，负责组织股权投资项目的审批决策或审核上报
2.负责并购运作，根据并购战略主导行业研究及标的筛选，建立项目储备库和标的评估体系;协调财务、法务、业务部门建立投融联动机制，统筹法律、财务、业务牵头完成项目尽调，独立撰写投资分析报告；识别核心风险点并提出应对方案;设计交易结构及退出方案；协助商务谈判及协议条款拟定；管理交割流程
3.负责权益融资计划编制与实施，设计股权融资方案，主导融资材料准备，协调组织路演及完成融资
4.负责组织开展股权投资项目后评价，监控项目关键指标，预警重大经营风险，设计退出路径，研判退出时机及执行
任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，具有“金融+法律”或“技术+商科”复合教育背景者优先，持有CFA、或CPA、或法律资格证者优先；
2.要求具备3年以上投资工作经历，完成过亿元级股权投资或融资项目；
3.精通财务建模及估值方法, 熟悉资本市场规则, 具备产业思维。
