Tongfang Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise funded by Tsinghua University in 1997 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the same year. On December 31, 2019, its controlling shareholder changed from Tsinghua Holdings to CNNC Capital, and its actual controller changed from the Ministry of Education to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. As of now, CNNC Capital holds 30.11% of Tongfang Shares' equity. Positioned as the pioneer in advancing the CNNC Group's new era development strategy and as a platform for transforming scientific and technological achievements driven by "innovation + marketization," Tongfang Shares focuses on the dual-core drive of "intelligent manufacturing + resources," adhering to the development philosophy of innovation, collaboration, and integration.
