宜兴摩根热陶瓷有限公司成立于2002年9月，由原宜兴市陶都高温炉料厂与英国摩根先进材料有限公司合资组成。本公司是目前国内生产系列高温莫来石质轻质隔热砖的技术领先的生产厂家，专门为石化、冶金、玻璃、电力、机械热处理等行业的热工窑炉提供高品质的隔热耐火材料，并大量出口国外市场。
本公司成立以来，已经建立了叁个生产基地，拥有*的各类制造装备，包括108M的高温隧道窑炉一座。目前公司的年生产量可达到15000吨。除此之外，本公司还有完备的质量控制和保证体系，2004年8月通过了英国CICS的ISO9001：2000质量认证，内部ERP系统采用的金蝶K/3系统，实现对生产流程的全面质量管理。本公司理化实验室拥有可满足GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS等各类国际通用检测所要求的轻质砖基础检测装备。
本公司的主要用户包括金山石化、广州石化、茂名石化、齐鲁石化各陶瓷公司，国内各电瓷厂等。产品同时出口日本、意大利、德国、韩国等国家和地区，产品的各项技术指标均达到和超过国内外标准，得到了国内外客户的一致好评。

Yixing Morgan Thermal Ceramics CO.,Ltd(YMTC) is the joint venture between Yixing Taodu High-temp Kiln Material Factory and Morgan Advanced Materials plc. Nowdays, YMTC is developed as a leading manufacturer who can offer the world high-temp mullite insulation firebricks in China with a well known brand TJM.
Since founded in 2002 Sep, YMTC has already developed three IFB manufacture base equipped with the world advanced facilities. In firing process, YMTC has a 108M length tunnel kiln and shuttle kilns. Till now, the yearly yield has reached 15000 tons. In quality control aspect, YMTC implements K/3 ERP system to record and trace the internal data. In August 2004, YMTCgot the ISO 9001:2000 certification by CICS. Meanwhile YMTC has own independent laboratory that can proceed the physical and chemical tests to match different international test standard, like GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS.
YMTC is only a material supplier but also can provide the whole engineer solution to the customer in kinds of industries, such as Chemical Process industry, Iron&Steel industry, Ceramics industry, Power, Glass, ect. YMTC is exported to the entire world, including US, Europe, Japan, Korea and so on. It is growing as a world IFB producer.
