岗位职责：
1.负责业务系统或平台的核心模块功能的设计、开发与上线维护，确保代码质量和系统稳定性。
2.参与或主导技术方案设计、系统重构和性能优化。
3.参与需求评审、架构设计、代码审查、部署上线等软件开发全生命周期，并能进行技术难点攻关。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历（统招），985/211院校毕业生优先，通信工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程等计算机相关专业；
2. 2年及以上Java后端开发经验，有复杂业务系统开发经验者优先；
3. 精通Java基础，熟练掌握多线程、线程池、锁机制等并发编程技术，具备良好的面向对象编程思想及常用设计模式应用能力；
4. 熟练运用Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis、MyBatisPlus、SpringDataJPA等开源框架，深入理解IOC、DI、AOP及事务管理机制；
5. 熟练掌握MySQL数据库，具备复杂SQL编写、多表查询及性能优化能力；精通Redis非关系型数据库，熟悉分布式缓存、持久化方式及实际应用场景；
6. 了解Linux常用命令，掌握Docker容器技术，熟练使用Git、Maven等项目管理工具；
7. 具备强烈的自我驱动力和自学能力，能够快速跟进新技术、新框架；工作认真负责，具备良好的团队沟通协作能力；善于学习总结、主动解决问题，能适应阶段性高强度开发任务。
