岗位职责：
1.贯彻落实安全生产管理制度、安全操作规程、应急预案、安全责任制，落实安全生产标准化、双重预防机制（风险分级管控 + 隐患排查治理）；
2.监督各项目部落实安全体系，指导项目完善现场安全管理资料，对接住建、应急等主管部门的检查、考评，编制公司年度安全培训计划;
3.组织分公司管理人员、特种作业人员、新进场人员安全教育、三级安全教育的监督管理；
4.组织安全宣传、应急演练（综合/专项应急演练），对项目部演练工作进行指导评估；
5.监督特种作业人员持证上岗，建立特种作业人员台账，核查证书有效性；
6.监督施工机械、起重设备、安全防护用品进场验收、检测维保，抽查设备台账、检测报告；
7.对分包安全履约情况进行监督考核，对安全管理差的分包提出整改、清退建议；
8.参与事故调查，组织落实 “四不放过” 原则，编写事故报告，制定防范措施；
9.管理安全事故档案、工伤相关资料。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、土木工程、建筑工程、市政工程、工程管理等具有相关专业优先；
2.能接受项目驻地工作；
3.具备系统的工程安全管理理论基础，熟练掌握施工安全法律法规、行业规范、操作规程；
4.具备5年及以上建筑施工行业安全管理经验，2年及以上施工企业公司级安全管理岗位经验，熟悉公司层面整体安全统筹工作,持有一级注册安全工程师的优先；
5.有多个房建、市政项目安全全过程管理经验，精通深基坑、高支模、起重吊装、脚手架、临时用电等危大工程安全管控流程；
6.有安全生产标准化评审、双重预防体系搭建、政府安全检查迎检、安全事故处置经验者优先；
7.有大型建工企业、集团化公司安全管理经验优先。
