China Jingye Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Jingye) is a large state-owned high-tech enterprise established in 1992 with the approval of the State Council, based on the core technology and management strength of MCC Building Research Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly the Building Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry). It focuses on survey and design, engineering project general contracting (EPC), and core specialized construction, and is now a holding company of MCC Building Research Institute Co., Ltd., affiliated with China Metallurgical Group Corporation. Headquartered in Beijing, China Jingye currently has 12 branch companies, 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries, and 1 holding enterprise, with regional companies mainly distributed in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Shenyang, and Singapore. It employs more than 1,600 staff members, of whom over 1,000 hold bachelor's degrees or above, more than 400 have intermediate or senior professional titles, and over 300 possess various registered professional qualifications. The company hosts multiple technology platforms including the National Recognized Enterprise Technology Center of China Jingye Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., the National Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Center for Steel Industry Pollution Prevention and Control, and the Beijing Geotechnical Anchoring Engineering Technology Research Center, as well as several industry associations such as the Theme Park Construction Branch of China Steel Structure Association. It is a high-tech enterprise recognized by the Beijing municipal government and one of the earliest Chinese-funded companies with dual A1 ratings for engineering contracting (building engineering and civil engineering) in the Singapore construction market. Its comprehensive strength in R&D, design, project management, and engineering construction ranks among the top in the industry, having won 2 national-level science and technology awards and over 70 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards over the years. With patents, proprietary technologies, and processes at its core, China Jingye's main business covers engineering design, theme parks and construction general contracting, steel structure engineering, geotechnical engineering, reinforcement and renovation engineering, and prestressed engineering, among other specialized construction fields. Leveraging its strong comprehensive strength, it has successfully completed numerous major projects including Shanghai Disneyland, Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Zhuhai, Guangdong, the special-shaped steel structure project of Beijing Wangjing SOHO, the main mountain and main lake project of Olympic Forest Park, the foundation and base engineering as well as foundation pit support and earthwork of Alibaba (N-06), the T3 transportation center and parking building of Capital International Airport, and the demolition and reinforcement project of Huawei Electric Production Park renovation.
