岗位职责

1、负责java技术领域的开发工作，从事核心模块代码开发、程序设计工作；

2、统筹社交产品系统概要设计。

3、完成项目日常维护，配合主管完成项目管理。

4、培养新人，做好团队技术积累工作。

5、前端部分需求开发实现。

任职要求

1、3年以上java开发经验，java基础扎实，具有良好的编码风格和开发习惯，熟悉UML建模工具，能独立分析和设计；

2、熟练使用主流开源框架，如spring、hibernate/mybatis等开发框架；熟悉常用web前端技术，有管理后台页面开发经验；

3、熟悉分布式架构设计、服务治理、微服务等，有使用spring boot、spring cloud、rabbitmq、kafka、es等技术经验；

4、熟练使用mysql数据库，能独立完成数据库设计以及数据库索引和查询优化等工作；

5、熟练使用linux操作系统，能够登录系统排查问题；

6、熟练使用svn，git等常用版本管理工具；

7、有一定社交项目架构设计经验，对朋友圈、im、账号系统底层架构有较好的理解；

8、有较强的学习能力，对新的领域和技术能够快速掌握并应用到实际工作中；

9、认真细心、有强烈的责任心、爱岗敬业、能够吃苦、有较高抗压能力；
