2. 开发ML核心模块相关的授权、消息、调度、数据交互等功能
3. AI赋能的高质量软件开发：将AI编程助手（如Codex、Cursor等）深度融入日常开发流程，用于代码生成、单元测试、逻辑重构与调试，显著提升代码质量、开发效率与安全性，以满足企业客户的严格要求。
任职要求：
1. 熟悉AI编程，有基于AI工具的软件工程开发经验
2. 3年及以上应用开发经验，精通Java开发和Spring Boot框架，具备设计和实现复杂业务算法的能力，并对代码性能和算法时间/空间复杂度有深刻理解
3. 熟悉C#、WinUI/WPF、.Net开发
4. 拥有扎实的关系型数据库（如 PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis）设计与优化经验
5. 有RabbitMQ以及流行开源中间件经验
6. 熟悉Devops、CI/CD理念，并有Jenkins/GitLab CI等工具的实战经验。

优先考虑条件
1. 理解机器学习的基本概念，有基于Python开发实际开发或部署AI模型应用经验
2. 有工业软件（如CAD/CAE/CAM, EDA, MES等）的开发经验
3. 具备3D模型展示或渲染开发经验，如Helix Toolkit或Unity
4. 拥有应用安全技术经验，如认证授权（OAuth2.0/JWT）、数据加密
