【任职要求】
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验；
2. Java基础扎实，熟悉Spring Cloud / MyBatis等框架，具备分布式、缓存、消息队列等中间件实战经验；
3. 有SaaS、工业软件、管理软件或复杂业务系统开发经验，理解多租户、权限、流程引擎等通用能力；
4. 具备复杂项目独立负责能力，逻辑清晰，能高效推进并闭环；
5. 抗压能力强，能在多业务并行的环境下保持高质量交付，做事效率高，目标感强。
6. 具备前端技术学习意愿或实践经验，能够掌握 React、TypeScript 等前端技术者优先，具备全栈协作意识，更好支撑前后端一体化交付。
