Shanghai Jingrui Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai in 1996. It holds the national first-class qualification for property management enterprises and serves as a standing council member of the China Property Management Association and a vice president unit of the Shanghai Property Management Industry Association.

Over more than two decades of dedicated progress, Jingrui, based in Shanghai and expanding nationwide, has achieved a leap from a 'support service provider for real estate development' to a 'highly marketized, nationwide branded property service enterprise'. Currently, Jingrui's footprint covers more than ten provinces (and municipalities directly under the central government) including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Chongqing, Tianjin, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Shandong, and Anhui, spanning over 50 cities, with a contracted management area exceeding 50 million square meters.
