1.良好的沟通能力、抗压能力及跨部门协作经验。需与产品、前端、测试团队紧密配合，推动方案落地，具备调试解决问题的能力;
2.需自我驱动，高效完成设计任务，并接受根据项目的阶段需要驻点外派到客户现场集中开发，适应阶段性高强度工作
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3年以上JAVA 开发经验；
2.熟练掌握 JAVA编程；
3.精通掌握 JAVA Spring/ Spring boot/ Spring Cloud开发框架;
4.精通掌握 MySql、PostgreSQL、达梦等关系型数据库使用;
5.熟练掌握 Linux 运维，Docker, Git ，Nginx 等使用经验;
6.熟悉gitlab pipeline/CD/CI;
7.掌握Vue /UniApp/API Cloud 移动开发经验;
8.了解 Redis 或 Mongo Db 等 Nosql 技术;
9.了解常用的消息队列中间件 RabbitMQ 或Kafka 使用;
10.优先考虑有电网或政务领域信息化项目经验者。
