4、良好的团队协作，和产品、前端开发人员紧密配合，参与前后端联调，确保接口的稳定性和数据交互的准确性；
5、快速响应生产环境中出现的问题，进行问题诊断和故障排除，确保应用的稳定运行。
岗位需求：
1、3年及以上Java后端开发经验，有互联网开发经验者优先，有全栈经验者优先；
2、Java基础扎实，熟悉IO模型、线程模型等基础知识，熟悉JVM内存模型和原理，有调优经验；
3、精通Spring、SpringBoot/Spring Cloud、Dubbo、MyBatis,等开源框架，并有大型系统的微服务项目经验；
4、精通关系数据库的使用和调优、熟悉Redis，Elasticsearch等技术；
5、精通设计模式，有很强的架构和抽象建模能力，服务化、组件化封装能力；
6、具有良好的技术文档能力，能编写规范的技术解决方案，架构和系统设计文档。
