The company headquarters is located in Chongqing Airport Industrial Park, and the steering knuckle factory is located on Biqing Road, Bishan County, with extremely convenient transportation. The company has advanced processing equipment and complete testing methods. Its main machine tools include: more than 30 VMC800, VMC1000, VMC1100 vertical CNC machining centers (with CNC 360° rotary worktables), imported CNC lathes from Taiwan such as Vtum-26, and more than 10 CK7150A CNC lathes. Its main testing instruments include three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines, roundness testers, roughness testers, special gauges, etc. It has complete sets of equipment for metal cutting, stamping, welding, injection molding and final assembly, as well as the ability to develop and trial-produce new products. The company has first-class production technology for quality products and has established stable cooperative relationships with many world-famous brand companies such as Changan Ford. The company's main products include steering knuckles for Changan Ford C307, CD340, CD345, M3, and S40; Nanjing Changan B2E; Changan Suzuki SC7130; Changan Company CV9 and CV6; Shaanxi Huaxing SC1022; and Changfeng Leopard CFA6400. In addition to supplying Changan Ford, they are also exported to more than ten countries and regions in Asia-Pacific. At present, the company has 9 production lines in operation, with an annual output of more than 800,000 sets, and total sales are increasing at a rate of 50%. The products are mainly sold to: Changan Ford, Nanjing Ford, Changan Suzuki, Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., CTCS Nanfang Tianhe Company, and Shaanxi Huaxing Aviation Wheel & Brake System Co., Ltd. To expand its production base, the company has purchased 100 mu of land on Biqing Road in Bishan County, and formulated a 2006-2010 plan to invest 70 million yuan to establish a branch factory in Bishan and build a production line for 2 million steering knuckles. By 2011, the output value of the Bishan branch factory can reach about 200 million yuan and realize tax revenue of 8 million yuan. By 2014, through the third phase with an additional investment of 40 million yuan, it will strive to achieve an output value of 500-700 million yuan and tax revenue of 15-20 million yuan.
